Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

Check your spam box. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at hello@modernraised.com.

I DM'd a question to you on Instagram, but I haven't heard back yet.

We do our best to keep up with our DM's! However, we find email to be the most effective way to monitor customer needs. If your DM or social media comment requires immediate response please contact us via email at hello@modernraised.com or use our Contact Form. 

Is there a customer service number I can call?

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

That’s no good! Please Contact Us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
